Cancellation and Return Policy

Returns

To keep the costs of our umbrellas DOWN to Umbrella Warehouse standards, we must have a firm return policy that is not negotiable.  If you receive an umbrella(s) and decide you do not want the umbrella(s) you must pay a 30% restocking charge to return plus ship the unused umbrella back in original box on your own accord.  The restocking fee is calculated as 30% of the total cost of product only. Returns ARE NOT available on custom ordered fabrics.

We stand behind and back our product lines.  We do not want them back but we do have a gracious return policy.  If you contact our office FIRST and return them back to us within 5 business days, we will refund the cost(*)of the product to you.  We will not refund any freight charges to you and you must ship them back to us on you on accord.  Product that has obviously been used will not be accepted back in to our warehouse system.  In order for product to be accepted back, it must have a Return Authorization Number (RNA), and be in the original box or the freight will be turned away and sent back.  We issue RNA's from our customer service center only.  888 808 2253

Original packing must be used or the return freight will be refused and your money not refunded.  *You will also be charged a 30% restocking fee for the return and the product must not have been used.

By having the above policies we significantly reduce the number of returns and therefore avoid any unsatisfied customers.  This allows us to keep the our customer pricing DOWN to Umbrella Warehouse standards. Please be sure of your order before you order.  We are here to answer any questions and send you fabric samples as desired.

You must contact our main office at 888 808 2253 immediately to initiate this procedure and obtain a RNA. 

  Cancellations

ORDERS MAY NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER 24 HOURS FROM INITIAL ORDER RECEIPT.  In some cases the orders are processed and the umbrella(s) are shipped within 24 hours.  Please make sure your order is what you want PRIOR to placing it.
